Guiding You Toward Brighter Days

Life can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to face it alone.

Many people come to counselling feeling overwhelmed or unsure how to navigate difficult emotions or life changes. I offer a calm, grounded space where you can explore what is happening at a pace that feels manageable.

I work with adults experiencing anxiety, low mood, grief, relationship difficulties, self‑esteem challenges, and trauma‑related experiences. My approach is gentle, collaborative, and trauma‑informed, with a focus on emotional safety and helping you make sense of your inner world.

I have been practising counselling for six years across community counselling, trauma‑informed refuge work, digital support, and multi‑agency safeguarding roles. My training includes a First Class Honours Degree in Counselling and a Foundation Degree with Distinction.

I became a counsellor because I care deeply about creating spaces where people feel heard, understood, and supported without judgement. Sessions with me are steady and reflective, shaped around what feels important to you as we explore your patterns, emotions, and ways of coping.

If you feel I might be the right fit, you are welcome to book a free consultation so we can talk about what you need and how we might work together.
